THALLOS PTE. LTD. (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when organizations and screeners use the Beamly Screening App (“App”).

This Policy applies only to the Screening App and not to the Beamly Family App used by families.

2. Information We Collect
The Screening App itself does not collect personal data of children, parents, or screeners beyond the minimal technical information necessary for secure login and performance monitoring.

We may collect:

  • Login and authentication data (e.g., email, access tokens)

  • Technical usage data (e.g., device type, OS version, App performance metrics)

  • Analytics data via third-party tools like New Relic, for monitoring system performance, stability, and usage

3. Access to Child Data
Screeners may view child assessment data only when authorized by the child’s family via the Beamly Family App.

  • Such data is displayed securely through encrypted connections and is not stored locally on the screener’s device.

  • Screeners and organizations are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and complying with data protection regulations applicable to their region.

4. How We Use Collected Data
We use anonymized and aggregated data for:

  • Monitoring app performance and uptime

  • Debugging and troubleshooting technical issues

  • Improving system reliability and user experience

We do not use data for marketing or profiling.

5. Data Sharing
We may share anonymized system analytics with trusted service providers (e.g., New Relic) who assist us in maintaining system performance.
All such partners are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or share user or child data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures including encryption, secure APIs, and access control to protect data handled within the App.
Access is restricted based on authorization from the family and organizational permissions.

7. Data Retention
Technical and analytics data are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations.

8. International Use
While THALLOS PTE. LTD. is based in Singapore, the Beamly Screening App may be used globally.
We ensure that all data handling practices align with international data protection standards (including PDPA and GDPR-equivalent safeguards where applicable).

9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
